I'm officially half way done with this pregnancy, I am 20 weeks today. Only about 20 more to go! We also only have five more days until we hopefully find out the sex.
Dillon said a new word yesterday morning! He came downstairs, went to the pantry and started pointing at the box of Lucky Charms while saying ceee (cereal). So I asked him, "cereal?" And he said yea, yea, yea. It was so wonderful!! I gave him praise and kisses and he gave me a high five! Then the butt head didn't even eat much of the small bowl I poured for him. Figures.
Other than that nothing has really been happening. I have been emotional and just...pregnant. Yesterday I had to go do an early glucose test because my dr made me. I didn't want to because I have to in like 8 or 9 weeks from now, again. Which if this one is negative I am refusing to do it again. Once is enough. And all because by medical standards I am "obese" *insert eye roll*
The majority of healthy, normal weight adults in this country are probably considered overweight or obese. Those standards don't take into consideration a person's build or body type. I think they need revision, personally.
*edit*
Dillon said another new word today after his nap! We were in his room, I was sitting on the loveseat and he was digging in the toy bin and brought me two beanie babies. I held up one and told him "frog, ribbit ribbit" and he pointed at it and said frah (frog). It was so exciting!!! I held it up a few more times and asked him what it was. Every single time he stopped, looked and said frah. I'm so proud!!!
